1.Production process

The production process of galvanized steel sheet is similar to that of galvanized steel sheet and aluminum-plated steel sheet, and mainly adopts continuous molten coating process. The specific steps include steel sheet preparation, chemical treatment, coating, curing and post-treatment, and quality inspection.

2.Main characteristics

Thermal reflectivity: The thermal reflectivity of galvanized steel sheet is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheet, and is often used as a heat insulation material.

Heat resistance: Aluminum-zinc alloy steel sheet has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, luminaires, and fluorescent lamp covers.

Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet is better than that of galvanized steel sheet. When zinc is worn, aluminum will form a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent corrosive substances from further corroding the interior. Its service life is 2~6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel sheet.

Economical efficiency: Because the density of 55%AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the area of the galvanized steel sheet is more than 3% larger than that of the galvanized steel sheet under the same weight and the same thickness of the gold coating.

Easy processing and spraying: Alu-zinc steel sheet has similar processing and spraying properties to galvanized steel sheet. At the same time, the alu-zinc steel sheet has excellent adhesion to the paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering.

Appearance: The surface of the alu-zinc steel sheet is uniquely smooth, flat and gorgeous with a silvery white base color, which has good decorative properties.

3.Application areas

Construction: used to make roofs, walls, garages, soundproof walls, pipes and modular houses, etc.

Automobile: used to make mufflers, exhaust pipes, wiper accessories, fuel tanks, truck boxes and other parts.

Home appliances: used to produce the outer shell and internal structural parts of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, electric water heaters and other products.

Agricultural use: used to make pig houses, chicken houses, granaries, greenhouse pipes, etc.

Others: can also be used to make thermal insulation covers, heat exchangers, dryers, water heaters, as well as transportation equipment, furniture, industrial equipment, containers and other products.
